Thanksgiving

So earlier I have been thinking about what exactly I should make on Thanksgiving. Considering I won't be making the whole meal because my family always takes care of that, I plan to prepare a great dish though. Something that sparks a little life into the day you know?

Potatoes Dauphinoise with Bacon
The sound of it just makes my taste buds melt.

Succulent isn't it?
Definitely compliments any beef entree but hey it'll do just fine with Turkey.
